  4. TLP4 is a graphics driver for use with the Borland/Turbo C compilers.

  6. It supports the 256 color VGA modes: 320x200, 320x400, 256x256,
  7. 256x512. TLP4 offers graphic primitives (dots,lines,boxes,polygons,...),
  8. bitmap-, text-, sprite-, palette-, clipping-, fast pattern fill,
  9. flickerfree double-buffering and scrolling functions. No nasty shareware
  10. screens.
